Mobile Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Benchmark Group of Companies collects, uses, and protects information across our mobile applications — including Benchmark Legends and Street Legends. Last updated: June 12, 2026.

Information We Collect

When you use our App, we collect the following information:

  • ccount Information: Name, email address, and profile photo that you provide when your account is created by your organization administrator.
  • Profile Data: Any updates you make to your profile, including profile photos uploaded through the App.
  • Messages: Text messages, images, GIFs, stickers, and emoji reactions sent through the in-app messaging feature. Messages are stored to enable conversation history between participants.
  • Device Information: We collect device tokens for the purpose of delivering push notifications. We do not collect device model, operating system version, or other hardware identifiers.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including pages visited and features used, to improve the user experience.

Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to send you push notifications about new messages, organizational updates, and other relevant activity. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device Settings.

Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Google Firebase: For user authentication, data storage, cloud messaging, and analytics. Firebase's privacy policy can be found at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
  • Klipy: For GIF search and display within messaging.
  • LottieFiles: For animated sticker display within messaging.

These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data Storage and Security:

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. Data is transmitted using industry-standard HTTPS encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel within your organization as determined by your administrator.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and message history for as long as your account is active within your organization. Organizational administrators may remove user accounts, at which point associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting your organization administrator or by emailing us at the contact address below. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. This includes your profile information, message history, and device tokens.

Children's Privacy

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to the Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email.

Street Legends — Field Sales Application

Street Legends is a business tool provided to door-to-door sales organizations and used by their employees and contractors. Your organization administers your account and the business data created through the app. In addition to the practices described elsewhere in this policy, Street Legends collects and uses the following:

Precise location, including background location. Street Legends is a field-sales tool whose core features depend on location. Recording a door knock or visit uses your device's location at that moment. Route tracking records your GPS route while you are on an active shift — you start and end tracking yourself ("Start My Day" / "End My Day"), and while a shift is active, tracking continues in the background so your route stays complete when the app is not on screen. Your recorded routes and visit locations are visible to your organization's managers and administrators; verifying field activity is the purpose of the feature. Location is not collected when you are signed out or have ended your shift, and you can disable location access at any time in iOS Settings (location-dependent features will stop working).

Camera and photos. If you choose to capture or attach photos (for example, utility bills or roof photos), we collect the images you submit. Camera and photo-library access are used only when you initiate them.

Prospect and customer information you enter. Names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, notes, and sales-status information about the homes and prospects your organization works. This data belongs to your organization and is processed on its behalf.

Push notifications. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service to deliver notifications such as new appointment assignments. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.

Service providers. Street Legends is operated on Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions, hosting, and push messaging). We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Because Street Legends is sponsored by your employer or contracting organization, your profile, field activity, and on-shift location data are visible to that organization's managers and administrators. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact your organization's administrator or email us at info@benchmarkgoc.com; we complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or by our agreement with your organization.
